Having trouble shopping with us?  We admit to being new at this online buisness, so we may still have a few bugs in our system.   If you encountered one of them, you have our sincere apologies. Please do let us know about any troubles.  That way, we can take steps to correct them!

Trouble with ordering multiple items?

Most of our items are unique works by individual artists.  Typically, the picture that you see is the only one just like it or one of just a few.   For things such as Ojibwa baskets, we may have several similar items, but no two will be identical.  If you ordred more than one of these times and our system took the order, then we appologize and we will refund your purchase.

If an item disappeared from your cart, it probably means that someone else purchased it while you were shopping.

If you tried to order multiple copies of a print or reproduction and the order would not go through, then we either are low on inventory or we have a bug in the system.   Again, if you let us know, we'll get back to you asap!
