The curved beak signals this bird as an eagle, a common clan symbol
in Northwest Coast iconography. The pendant measures 1 ½” across, and it is
done in silver. (The color in the photographic image is an artifact of studio
lighting.)
Ron Jacobs is a master silver and gold carver from Port Hardy B.C. He has
carved jewelry for over 20 years. In
addition, he is an accomplished carver of cedar masks and paddles.
